"We called the number provided on our booking email but when we called we were told they no longer had the ride, they did offer to help if we got stuck at a reasonable price.
I called your number several times and had to leave a message but didn't get a reply at all.
The driver was only 5-10mins late which was understandable given the M3 roadworks. The driver was polite and professional, his vehicle was able to fit out bags in the boot and front seat, the car was clean, his driving was smooth and we arrived at the airport on time.
The only downside for us was as Australians and anxious to get to our morning flight was the lack of unavailability in having someone from your office respond to our messages left and/or answer the calls instead of going to a messagebank."
